Background
I have always written and loved stories. That sounds clichéd, but it's true. When I was a wee tot, I used to write poetry. That was where I expressed my feelings best. And somehow it's led me here. To my stories.
Along this journey, my companions are my husband, Dennis, and my kitty,
Lucy - of whom I have way too many photos that will likely end up here
now and then. But she is a cutie.
I grew up in Canada - was born in the tiniest town called Arcola. I love
Canada. But my journey has taken me to Palm Springs (where I met said
husband), all over California, and finally to Santa Barbara. It's
beauteous here. (Canadian word).
I've been asked lots of interesting questions about Canada. A few favorites
are: Do you all have sled dogs? Do you drive cars there? (No lie).
Can you translate that into Canadian? (That was a joke at least).
